Attorney John J. Beichert is the Managing Attorney for the Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith Workers’ Compensation and Social Disability Departments. In addition, he manages our Reading and Allentown offices. John works closely with our personal injury lawyers to ensure our clients receive every possible benefit to which they may be entitled. He focuses his practice on handling cases related to Workers’ Compensation, Disability Law and Personal Injury. He is adept at coordinating various benefits from several sources to maximize recovery for his clients. He firmly believes that injured workers deserve to be compensated for all injuries suffered in the workplace. His determination has led to many successful results for our clients. Honored with inclusion on the Super Lawyers® list and a recent recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell® Client Distinction Award, he has the insight, dedication, and resources required to approach even the most challenging kinds of Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury cases. Attorney Beichert has frequently lectured about topics involving injured workers. He is an honors graduate of the New York Law School where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence. An active member of his community, he participates in several ministries in his local parish and supports many youth sports programs as coach and sponsor. Before turning his attention to representing injured workers, Mr. Beichert was an Assistant District Attorney in New York City, Bronx County, where he represented victims of crimes. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New York.
