A. Harold Datz, Of Counsel to the Philadelphia law firm Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C. has been re-appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. The House of Delegates is an entity that establishes policies for the Pennsylvania Bar Association. For more than 50 years, the House has held sway over members’ right to vote and important administrative issues, amendments, bylaws, and various policies that shape the PBA. The House also has authority over membership and the qualifications and elections.
Mr. Datz has served as a member of the House of Delegates since 1999.
Mr. Datz has also served in several leadership positions within the local and state legal community over the past 25 years.
Mr. Datz, a trial attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, represents individuals in a wide variety of Personal Injury matters. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Automobile Liability and Premises Liability claims. Mr. Datz was recognized as a Philadelphia Super Lawyer in 2009.
