Attorney Bill Santarsiero is devoted to representing individuals who have needlessly suffered personal injuries due to the negligence and carelessness of others. As an associate attorney at Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C., Mr. Santarsiero represents clients throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Santarsiero focuses his practice on personal injury litigation as well as insurance coverage disputes. As a member of our insurance coverage team, Mr. Santarsiero’s practice involves complex insurance coverage disputes, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and insurance bad faith litigation. He also has experience with complex civil litigation, including medical malpractice, sexual abuse and assault, and products liability actions.

Prior to joining HGSK, Mr. Santarsiero worked for multiple well-respected personal injury law firms, gaining invaluable experience in complex civil lawsuits. While completing his legal studies at Temple University - Beasley School of Law, Attorney Santarsiero served as a teaching assistant in both Torts and Contracts, and distinguished himself in Temple’s nationally renowned Trial Advocacy Program. Mr. Santarsiero earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University.
