Davis D. O’Leary is a trial and litigation attorney at HGSK who passionately represents clients unfairly injured throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Attorney O’Leary represents clients suffering from injuries caused by motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents, product defects, dog bites, explosions, and a large variety of other personal injury claims. Attorney O’Leary works diligently on each client’s case to ensure the most beneficial and satisfactory outcome possible. Attorney O’Leary received his Juris Doctorate from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law where he distinguished himself for his performance in the Trial Advocacy Program and was awarded the Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame Scholarship. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. O’Leary worked for multiple well-respected personal injury law firms, gaining experience in national mass tort and class action lawsuits. As an undergraduate, Attorney O’Leary received a Bachelor of the Arts from Taylor University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
