Attorneys Haggerty & Schleifer to Speak at Superstars of Litigation for PBI

Attorney James C. Haggerty, a partner of Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C., has been asked to be a speaker at the upcoming Superstars of Litigation seminar for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) on August 9 th. Attorney Charles J. Schleifer, another partner at the law firm, organized the event, planned the overall program, and will also be featured as a key presenter.

The Superstars of Litigation event-seminar is an exciting opportunity for up-and-coming attorneys to learn from some of the best of the best in Pennsylvania. Even veteran attorneys can attend one of the simulcast locations to refresh their memories, learn new tips and techniques, and enjoy a day of continued legal education (CLE) opportunities.

There are 15 total legal professionals scheduled to speak for the seminar-event, including both Attorneys Haggerty and Schleifer. Attorney Haggerty will cover some of the most difficult areas of law a lawyer may encounter: those dealing with insurance companies following motor vehicle accidents. Throughout his dissertation, he will discuss insurance coverage disputes, bad faith claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims, and more. Attorney Schleifer will discuss the importance of negotiations and how to successfully navigate the often-delicate legal process in a way that benefits the attorney’s client while still considering the opposition’s interests.
