Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C. is pleased to announce that Attorney Charles J. Schleifer, Esq. has been appointed by the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board as a Hearing Officer. Hearing Officers, also known as administrative law judges, adjudicate all claims where Complaints have been filed against attorneys in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Schleifer is a senior partner here at the firm and the firm’s president. A skilled negotiator and seasoned litigator, he is a tenacious advocate on behalf of the injured. Mr. Schleifer is also committed to serving his community, and has served as a Moot Court judge for local law schools and a mentor for interns in the Legal Internship Program at Penn State University. He frequently gives lectures and has published articles on a wide range of personal injury topics.
