Posted By Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C.
In partnership with La Ola Radio, Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C. has organized the “Networking with a Vision Fundraiser for Latino Scholarships” to benefit our community. This fundraiser is part of our firm’s mission to support the efforts of the non-profit organization Latino Leadership Alliance of the Lehigh Valley (LLALV), which works to ensure that Latinos have ample opportunities for college education.
This year, the partnership decided to support students attending Lehigh and Northampton Counties Community Colleges (LCCC and NCC) who plan to pursue degrees in communication, marketing, and law. We are pleased to announce that we were able to raise more than $2,000 for the Latino Leadership Alliance, and will be presenting scholarships to recipients at an annual breakfast. The breakfast will be held on July 28, 2016 at 7:30 AM.
The mission of the Latino Leadership Alliance of the Lehigh Valley is to strengthen the Latino community through health, education, leadership development, and cultural events and activities. It seeks to improve the quality of life not only for the Latino community, but also for the entire Lehigh Valley. For more information about LLALV or to make a donation, please visit the organization online at https://llalv.org.
