Attorney Scott Schleifer of Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C. recently secured a $370,000 settlement for an 83-year-old New Jersey resident. The man had suffered a fractured ankle when he slipped and fell on ice at the edge of a parking lot. The defendants were the New Jersey businesses who owned and maintained the parking lot where the man was injured.
