Mark Kogan Recently Resolved a Complicated Case

HGSK attorney Mark Kogan recently resolved a complicated case involving the death of a Philadelphia County prison guard for $175,000.00. The client had been assaulted by a prisoner and had been permanently disabled from the altercation. While recovering from the injury, he suffered an accidental overdose from a combination of medication. The resolution was reached on behalf of the surviving family members. In another notable victory, Mr. Kogan resolved a case in Philadelphia for $139,000.00 (wage loss and medical benefits) for a construction worker who fell through a hole cut into a roof by another subcontractor.
