- Independent research – Nominees are independently evaluated using a point system to maintain objectivity. This independent research vets candidates on multiple factors that indicate success and professional abilities, and include reviews of an attorney’s professional accolades, special licenses, standing with the bar, community service, contribution to the legal field, experience and education, and representative verdicts or settlements.
- Panel Evaluation – A Blue Ribbon panel evaluates attorneys who earn the highest point totals during the independent research phase. These panels are comprised of recognized legal professionals who practice in the same legal areas as candidates. Based on accumulated point totals from both independent research and peer evaluation, the top attorneys are selected to the final list.
Attorneys who pass the patented selection process earn final inclusion in the annual list of Super Lawyers , which in itself is a significant achievement earned by no more than 5% of all practicing lawyers in the state! In addition to earning inclusion to the list of Super Lawyers , Mr. Haggerty was further distinguished by being selected to the Philadelphia Super Lawyers Top 100 list.
