Confusion is Frequent When Staffing Agencies are Involved – covers workers’ compensation law for residents of Lehigh Valley and the state of Pennsylvania. According to Attorney Beichert’s article, Lehigh Valley has grown into a hub for massive distribution centers and warehouses operated by major online retailers, manufacturers, food processing plants, supermarket chains, and other industry giants. According to Beichert – the answer is that these workers are nearly always covered.
