Scott Schleifer strives to provide his clients with legal representation of the highest caliber and with keen attention to detail during each stage of a case’s development. He not only accepts but relishes the opportunity to take on the types of challenging cases that must be overcome with uncommon skill, knowledge, creativity, and tenacity in order to achieve success. This has enabled him to successfully handle a wide variety of cases, including many involving complex technical issues or those which may require careful weaving of novel legal theories and arguments in the face of unfavorable facts and evidence which may seem insurmountable at first glance. He truly cares about the well-being of the people he represents, which is evident in everything he does. Attorney Scott Schleifer’s undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a science and medical emphasis from Penn State University combined with 10+ years of representing injured clients suffering from a diverse range of orthopedic, neurologic, and emotional/psychological conditions, has provided Mr. Schleifer with the broad background needed to properly understand and analyze all of the medical and scientific aspects of the personal injury cases he handles.
After earning his law degree at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law (formerly known as the Earle Mack Drexel School of Law at Drexel University) Scott joined the law firm of Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith as an associate attorney in their personal injury department in 2011. Scott became a partner at HGSK in 2020.
